Mr. Taylor\'s practice centers around patents and IP related business transactions in the areas of electronics, Internet technology, and computer-related technologies. He practices before the U.S. District Court Central and Northern California, the Federal Circuit Court and the U.S. Supreme Court.

February 12 - Arbitration CLE Program in San Jose

The American Arbitration Association will hold on February 12 in San Jose a program entitled: \"10 Reasons Why Alternative Dispute Resolution Works for Intellectual Property Disputes.\" Panelists include: Barbara Caulfield, General Counsel of Affymetrix, Inc., and William Fenwick, founding partner of Fenwick & West. February 20 - 6th Annual Utah IP Summit

The IP section of the Utah Bar is hosting the 6th Annual Utah IP Summit on February 20 in Salt Lake City. Organizers have planned a program of topics and speakers relevant for a national audience. Registration information can be obtained online: www.utahbar.org.

March 2 - Imagining a New Way to Practice: First Women in Law

The U.S. District Court Northern District of California Historical Society and Chief Judge Marilyn Hall Patel are sponsoring a program on March 2 in San Francisco to celebrate Women\'s History Month. The program honors first women lawyers in Northern California and features Professor Barbara Babcock, Stanford University, speaking on \"Clara Shortridge Foltz: California\'s First Woman Lawyer.\" Registration information can be obtained online: www.cand.uscourts.gov.
