John Steele, a shareholder at Rogers Joseph O\'Donnell & Phillips, specializes in legal malpractice defense and legal ethics consultations. He was the ethics partner at a major Silicon Valley firm for nine years and he has taught legal ethics as a Lecturer at Boalt Hall (UC-Berkeley), Stanford, and Santa Clara.

MCLE: This activity has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of California in the amount of 1.0 hour.
