TOPIC: \"WINNING JURY STRATEGIES IN INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CASES\"

Terrence McMahon is a partner and head of McDermott, Will & Emery\'s West Coast Intellectual Property practice. He concentrates his practice on patent, copyright, trade secret, trade dress, trademark and other high stakes litigation. Mr. McMahon has 27 years of litigation experience representing high tech heavyweights including Advanced Micro Devices, Seagate Technology, Broadcom Corporation, EMC Corporation, Silicon Image, Extreme Networks, and Pacific Bell, on \"bet the company\" cases taking on major technology companies such as Intel, Hewlett-Packard, Hyundai, Compaq, Genesis, Microchip, Baxter and Lucent, in addition to such high tech luminaries as Creative Labs, Fresenius Medical, Logitech and Medtronic. He serves as an adjunct professor of law teaching intellectual property litigation techniques at Santa Clara University\'s law school. He also presents trial practice demonstrations at stanford Law School. Additionally, Mr. McMahon has authored numerous articles on intellectual property and trial topics. Most recently, his article, \"High Tech Visuals Tells a Story,\" was published in the November 2000 issue of the National Law Journal.

Mr. McMahon\'s firm has worked with Florence Keller at Trial Analysis Group in numerous cases as trial consultants.
